My niece Georgy 😍 My sister and her family visit us every Sunday. We'd then share to excess afternoon snack and dinner 😜

I'm always extra happy whenever Georgy's around. I'd take her to walks outside and I know when she learns to walk without my hand supporting her, I'd be chasing her to giggle!

The boyfriend and I played badminton with his former work friends. Oh actually, I played badminton while the boyfriend stays on the bench. He's been suffering from muscle numbness and was just attended by the manghihilot.

I played for about 20minutes only. I got a bit bored with my girl playmates as they don't take it seriously while i did. I wanted to REALLY play and they don't even know the rules! Bummer! I stopped earlier than I usually do. I'll play with the guys next time.

We then went to binge in a local grill. My night was saved! Haha

After pizza dinner with my pretty workmates, I went to Mango to get me those loved trousers again. I now have 5 of the same kind (1 navy, 2 black, 2 beige). I got 20% off for buying 3 regular priced items. I got me 2 trousers for 1,500 each plus another leggings for 795 (love their leggings). I only paid about 3,000. It's like I got the leggings for free! Amazing!

But I vow this will be my last Mango shopping til my credit card breathes.

It's MonDate with the boyfriend. Dinner and movie. But before we did both, the boyfriend and I went to Salon de Rose for his haircut with his new favorite barber. New because his go-to haircutter before is a gay guy from a "parlor" in our hometown. I encouraged him to try other as there sure is someone better suited for him. And he did fine one. Photo here:

I went to church with my friend James this morning. It was a great service except that the foreign minister had a tendency to raise his voice it's almost he's shouting at us...I have a bit of an issue about that. Nevertheless, I felt renewed in spirit.

I was reminded of God's promise land...a life full of contentment and feeling so blessed that you want to be a blessing to others...that is what I pray and hope for!

So after church, James bought us lunch at Bigby's in Centrio (my choice). I have come to love even more their Tiki Wacki salad...greens tossed in caesar and it's mixed with chicken salad, mangoes, grapes, walnuts and all other add-ons you see in most green salads. Photo here:

My most favorite workmake Melody is leaving Kia for Malaysia. I'm sorry she has to leave. She's cheerful and friendly and always offers pika-pika. Since today is her last day, as per culture in Kia i noticed, she sponsored a little salo-salo.

Outfit of the Day. I'm back to loving basic solid colors in clothes. I especially love this basic tee from Promod. It's cool to the skin and very versatile. It has four colors and i bough two. I may have to go back and buy the other two colors. Hehe

After I had my driver's license renewed, I went to shop! Funds from the boyfriend who gave me cash for shopping as his birthday gift.

I bought Mango pants, Mango iPhone case, Promod tops and accessories, Regatta tops, and Primadonna shoes.

A day after my birthday.

I remember feeling so high happy at work from my birthday's events. I also remember feeling physically exhausted and wished I took a birthday leave or something.

Then that afternoon there was no electricity at work and with the humid weather outside, I was sweating gallons! It made me more and more exhausted.

Only relieved after work when the boyfriend picked me up and I got to change into one of his shirts. And the ride's AC was never THAT welcoming.

365 Days

Out of a whim and inspired by another blogger, I will be posting one photo per day starting April 15. It will end on April 14 next year, my 30th benchmark birthday. That's a total of 365 photos.

Will I have the perseverance? We shall see.

30 Things

I saw this picture in a facebook share and my hair may have started to gray a bit earlier than it should. I only have a year to fulfill these all! Pressure!

My take/notes:

BY 30, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

1. ALL (no exception) my old boyfriends remind me of how far I've come.

2. Is storage bench bought in Home Plus eons ago a decent piece of furniture? I don't know. I'm not even SOLELY using it, it's "shared".

3. Hmmm I may have something to pass as "perfect". Although that depends on my mood.

4. None of the three! Shoot me! Purse? Am not even sure what constitutes "purse". I have a decent enough handbag though, i think. My only suitcase is a hand-me-down and is as big as our refrigerator. My umbrella just died on me. Need a new one and it'll probably be something from the department store and frail.

5. Youth beauty, NOOO! Although i may have lost it already! Other than that, this is a YES!

6. A BIG YEEES! Haha i had a colorful life when i started college. But the mere mention of old age makes me squirm!

7. *squirm* Another squirm on "some money set aside"! What I have is a depleting few hundreds in my savings! Which will be gone when I get my coffee fix later!

8. Yes! Score on this! Except the voice mailbox (???)

9. Mine's a bit padded...it's only the "weight"! That can't be so wrong, can it?

10. Ive got both in one person, the boyfriend.

11. The what? Whatever will I do with scresrivers and drill? And no black lace bra, too! I love lace but not in my undies!

12. An LV Speedy. No I don't have it yet. I still have 1year till i'm 30! I may have to sell my organs to get it!

13. Yes. This belief is heightened whenever I'm in the process of buying something beyond the set budget.

14. Skin care regimen YES! Eventhough minimal compared to what I really want. Excercise routine, sometimes when I'm overly inspired. What other facets? Is there anything else I need to know?

15. Satisfying career? Not quite! Relationship, yes getting there! We have our "issues" too!

BY 30, YOU SHOULD KNOW:

1. Oh how do you do this really? I always dive head first!

2. I like being pregnant...but not so much on having kids! Imagine all the work!

3. I can do all...but it's just impossible to not ruin the relationship!

Heaven on Earth

This is the Amaryllis cottage in Dahilayan Gardens. I've stayed here twice in the last 6 months. It's HEAVEN! It's my happy place!

Yesterday, Feb 20, we were gonna spend overnight here again, R&R with my boyfriend and our friends. Reservations were made.

But in Tuesday, Feb 19, we had to move our trip next week as my friend have to attend this very important business meeting (and he promised to pay for everything, pampalubag luob).

And then egad! NPA took hostage in that same area and attacked the nearby Del Monte plantation. They're still lurking in the area of Dahilayan and the military is on the hunt.

Will we ever stay in Amaryllis again without the fear of danger?

Today is the day i bid farewell to my iPhone 3g. It served me for almost 4yrs now. It was my source of pride, flashing it when appropriate. But it got ooold. Apple completely abandoned it. Can't update iOS, can't download most of the apps, and the photo quality is obsolete...and i got a bit envious when my brother got himself a newer iPhone hee hee hee

What I have is the 4s. (No, not the 5). No sour graping at all but the height of iPhone 5 is too masculine for my liking. If i can embed its tech features to the 4s, I'd have it.

Anyhoo, i'm waiting for it to finish erasing all data and settings...then it's off to the next user to give it some love 💖

PLAY by Comme Des Garcons

I was a Zara tee mistress for years...but when i purchased my first Play by Comme des Garcons tee, I was an instant convert. I suddenly have this urge to buy more. Picture below is my first CDG tee. A week later, I purchased my second CDG tee in black. I wear them every chance i get. In fact, I'm wearing it as I'm writing this blog  ♡♡♡

*no, i did not buy my CDG tee in Denmark hee hee. just for illustration*

CDG is a Japanese brand. Their PLAY line became a hit here when Filipino celebrities started wearing them (e.g. Zanjoe, Vice Ganda). They are known for their heart eyes logo.
